- All taking part in the Parade should assemble at Waterloo Road Car Park at 10.20 am
- The Parade will move off to the War Memorial at 10.40 am
- The Service at the War Memorial will begin at 10.55 am
- This is followed by a Service at St Matthews Church beginning at approximately 11.25 am
