Vacancy – Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer

Haslington Parish Council is seeking a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer working on average 15 hours per week with a salary range of SCP24 – SCP28 pro-rata dependent on qualifications and experience. [£15.16 – £17.05 per hour]

The successful candidate will work from home on a flexible basis, which will include attending evening meetings in person, as required to suit the needs of Council

The role requires administration of the Council’s finances and day-to-day running of the Council’s business along with dealing with correspondence and members of the public

Candidates will ideally have previous experience in working in a local government or similar role, but training can be provided
