~~Admissions 2011~~
If you have (or know of anyone who has) a child who is four years old before 31st August 2011 please ensure that you have completed the Cheshire East application form for a school place starting in September 2011. If you have any concerns at all or have not received a receipt or confirmation of your application please contact the school office as a matter of urgency.
~~Mobile and Telephone Numbers~~
Please remember to advise the school office if you have changed your mobile or home number over the Christmas holidays as it is very important we have accurate information. Also we recycle mobiles so send your old one into school and we will dispose it for you.
~~Free School Meals~~
Many people do not realise that they could be eligible for claiming free school meals. You could be if you or your partner receives one of the following:
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The Guarantee element of State Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit, provided you are not entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual income that does not exceed £16,040

At The Dingle School we use a cashless system that ensures that no-one on free school meals is recognised
~~PTA Meeting~~
The next PTA meeting is at 7.00pm on Thursday 3rd February 2011. Please come along, even if you have never attended a meeting before. They are very informal and your input will be gratefully received. The focus will be to discuss this year’s Spring Fair and the possibility of a Pub Quiz.
~~Year 5 Residential Trip to Pensarn~~
Please can you ensure that the total of £247.00 is paid in full by the due date
Monday 28th February. If you need to know your outstanding balance or have any concerns regarding payment please contact the office.

The School’s new uniform is being phased in over the rest of the year. Please take note of the uniform list below, especially the Indoor PE Kit, which is often not followed.

The New School Uniform will be available to purchase from Mrs Charlton & Mrs Robinson from February. Order forms will be sent out to each pupil and will be holding uniform evenings each term.
~~Netball~~
Congratulations to the Netball team who came fourth overall in the High Five Tournament played at Sandbach High School. The team won 4, lost 3 and drew 3. The team consisted of Ruth Rhodes, Lauren Korytko, Becky Day, Eleanor O’Grady, Sabrina Marsden, Eloise O’Donnell, Jade Goodwin, Olivia Mackie and Imogen Dowell. Well done girls.
