Developers have made a second application to Cheshire East Planning for housing on the land between Park Road and Crewe Road. Their initial application is currently awaiting appeal yet this second application, made under a different planning reference (14/2033N), appears to all intents and purposes to be the same as the first.
For their original application there were hundreds of comments from members of the public submitted to Cheshire East. Unfortunately these comments may not be taken into account for this application under it’s separate planning reference. Local people are therefore urged to make their thoughts known and again register their comments with the planning authority at Cheshire East under the new planning reference.
