Haslington Wins 2008 North West in Bloom Award

Haslington has just received an award as joint second runner up in the category of  Best Small Town in the North West of England for 2008. This is a marvellous achievement and a credit to all those who have put in so much hard work to make our parish, with its beatiful flower beds and gardens, such a delight and pleasure for the benefit of us all. Well done everyone.
